Ordering
To make a purchase, browse our online shop and add any items you wish to be to the Shopping Cart. After you have finished shopping, click on Checkout and you will be asked to fill out a simple registration form and set up a login name and password. Once you have registered with us you will not have to repeat this process the next time you visit the shop. You will just need to enter your login name (email address) and password.
Payments
All prices and payments are in pounds sterling only. To convert prices into your own currency you may wish to visit the currency converter at variuors site online.
By Credit Card
Once you have registered/logged into the site you will be redirected to Google Checout OR PayPal, where you can pay by credit or debit card. Google Checkout and PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards.

By Cheque
Please note that if you option to pay by cheque, goods will be dispatched when funds have cleared in our bank account. Please write your name, card number, order number and contact number on the back of your cheque. Print out your order page before proceeding with payment. Be sure that you have included shipping fees. Mail your printed order with a check for your total to:

We are able to ship items within the UK and globally.
UK Shipping
All items are shipped using Recorded Signed Forä. The postage and packaging costs will be added to your sales total during the checkout process. We aim to ship all orders within 14 working days.
Overseas Shipping
Betty Ching is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on global orders.
European and the rest of the world orders postage cost can be quote upon requested, depend on the country, cost may variours.
Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@bettyching.co.uk or on 01623 660492 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that in most cases postage and packaging will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk.
